- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked "Final Sale," are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at manager@globalshopperszone.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization, along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Ship Your Item: Once authorized, please send your item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for any items you wish to exchange. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded for the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at manager@globalshopperszone.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
